QUOTATIONS
Prices are based upon information supplied at the time of quoting: duration of “dry” reading text in minutes, amount of spoken words, chosen talent, languages, audio and / or video treatment, media and target audiences, etc. PrimeVoices / Webpop-Up S.A.R.L. reserve the right to re-quote if that information is changed. All quotes are valid for 30 days after submission to client.

PAYMENT TERMS
A prepayment of 50% of the agreed price is required from the new client, prior to project commencement, unless alternative arrangements are approved with PrimeVoices / Webpop-Up S.A.R.L. 25% of the price should be paid upon completion but before delivery of recordings, and 25% (net 30 calendar days) after completion and delivery of final recordings, unless otherwise noted or previous arrangements are approved.
Established clients are entitled to postpone full payment until completion and delivery of files. However a 1,5 % per month late charge, will be added to invoices not paid by the due date, that is thirty (30) days end of the month. PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. reserves the right to set-off any deductions for sums owed. If client fails to make payment within thirty (30) days end of the month, PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. may defer production until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of un-produced order. In such case, all rights, including broadcast rights, for continued use of product and services are suspended until payment in full is received by PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. Client will be so notified of such suspension. Client will accept full responsibility for all expenses, including legal fees, court costs, etc. incurred by PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. in the collection of payment and / or its enforcement of its copyrights and remedies.

PAYMENT MODALITIES
PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. accepts bank wire transfers or VISA, Master Card, American Express & French check prepayments. Full banking charges for the wire transfer are the client's liability. All checks must be made payable to Webpop-up S.A.R.L in euros. Add 5% when paying by credit card.

AUTHOR CHANGES
The client should provide a phonetic list of brand names exclusive to product or service, including technical terms and jargon, and a contact for verifying any technical terms found to be in doubt. In case a client incur in additional production charges due to punches / add-ons / pick-ups / extra lines / author changes in texts and / or scripts, after production has begun, he will be subject to additional payments to cover both the voice fees and the studio charges.
Mistakes by voice talent found in recordings, will be rectified by PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. at no additional charge to client, provided, talent is at fault and client informs PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. of such discrepancies within a proofing period, of two (2) business day(s) from date the scheduled recordings have been completed and delivered. In the event errors by voice talent are discovered in the scheduled, completed and delivered recordings after the two (2) business day(s) proofing period, these errors will be considered punches / add-ons / pick-ups / extra lines / author changes. In this instance, standard charges, including studio costs and talent fees will apply to make these corrections, regardless if the voice is at fault.

PrimeVoices / Webpop-up S.A.R.L. is entitled to refuse any service proposed by the client that is considered unappropriate, inconvenient or does not correspond to our quality standards.

We may change the Terms of Use at any time by posting revisions to the Site, and your continued use of the Site indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
